K-water leads industry innovation with carbon neutrality

The Korea Water Resources Corp. (K-water) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korean water treatment company BKT and U.S. climate tech startup Capture6, to offer a test bed for the two private firms to develop advanced technologies related to the water industry.

K-water has entered into an agreement with Korean water treatment company BKT and U.S. climate tech startup Capture6 to provide a testing ground for the development of advanced technologies in the water industry. The signing ceremony for the memorandum of understanding (MOU) occurred in Los Angeles on Sunday. As part of the agreement, K-water will allow the private firms to utilize the pilot plant of its seawater desalination facility, located in the northwestern region of South Chungcheong Province, for testing purposes.
