The US Department of Agriculture won its bid to dismiss a student-led First Amendment challenge to its rules related to the sale and marketing of dairy milk in schools.

Marielle Williamson’s claims that the National School Lunch Program and a parallel USDA regulation violate students’ free speech rights are moot because she’s since graduated from high school, said Judge Fernando M.
