NERSA Launches ISO-Based Governance Programme To Strengthen South Africa’s Electricity Regulation

The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) has initiated an organizational readiness programme to enhance governance and regulation in the electricity sector. Implementing an Integrated Management System aligned with ISO standards, this effort aims to improve operational efficiency and accountability. Stakeholder consultations will also support the programme’s development.
