The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced that it awarded $23.4 million in loan and grant funding to 28 Northeast businesses including a $1 million grant to a 91-year-old wholesale beverage distributor in Dauphin County.
Lower Swatara Township-based Wilsbach Distributors Inc. was awarded the $1 million Rural Energy for America Program Grant to purchase and install a 1.41-megawatt solar photovoltaic system.
