USDA Rural Development participating in Lenoir County SPCA ribbon cutting
Members of the North Carolina Rural Development Team will participate in a ribbon cutting at the new Lenoir County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals facility on March 18 at 11 a.m.
Rural Development invested $1.7 million through a USDA Community Facilities Loan to construct a new facility to serve as the Lenoir County animal shelter.Ā

ā¢ Animal relinquishing areaĀ
ā¢ Pet adoption area
ā¢ Laundry room
ā¢ Outdoor play areaĀ
