The Alitheia Project is actively seeking land owners with clear title to large parcels of land that they wish to develop. Our primary focus is development using Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) Technology which greatly reduces the amount time, cost, and labor requirements to complete the development.

The Joint Venture will be a 70/30 split in favor of the land owner, and Ecosystem Intermediaries will receive equity in the Project LLC pursuant to their membership agreements.

The Alitheia Real Estate Platform will raise the necessary capital to develop the project and see it through to completion in a parallel 506C capital raise.
